I think i ever read somewhere that 3A cant last long (maybe 6mths to 1year). But who knows maybe its the competitors trying to sabotage 3A reputation ?

Yes i agree that the boot is in fact 'naked' and 'bare' now. Most likely getting the 3A you memntioned earlier. thumbsup

Honestly la...

It's like getting an LV bag... some pple say, the material (Which is not leather) can lasts for up to 10 years...

But I'm the sort who prefers to buy 10 braun buffels and have a different style every year and may still be cheaper...

Get what I mean?

ohh....car life curtain ehh ? Hehehe. Smile

yes i agree with you on the LV bag theory but the car mat is not so much different (think is almost 3 times). Its the quality that i am unsure about (wonder if 3M really can last or if 3A really cant last) scratch But like what you said lah, can change colour or pattern every year then. Hehehe. grin

looking at the top of this pic (more to the right), you can see that thin sound insulation blanket fitted on our firewall....
hope KIA will improve on that insulation blanket coz that's where all most of the engine noise got into our cabin.....
also noticed lots of opening on the blanket (about 1 " from the top RH corner)....thinking of blanking them up not sure if that will help reduce the engine noise.......

no...it is dark grey colour thingy covering the whole firewall...

the opening I'm referring to look like the number 8 in shape and the background is metal bronze colour.....from the opening you can also see that the blanket thickness is actually very thin layer only.....

yes.....the whole piece of grey blanket is the firewall sound insulator....so thin and opening so big how to provide good sound insulation? Hope KIA will improve this area for the future batch of Forte as there are some negative comments about its engine noise in many reviews......

I doubt they will put back rear disc brake. No

Hey bro,

I was told that your side mirrors can be engaged or disengaged even when the engine is off right?

So if that is the case, in the event when you are parking @ a para lot, you can still use the button to engage and disengage the side mirrors... so not too bad lor.

Even if really slight scratch as u say, its possible to apply bit of touch up paint and will till look brand new. no worries no worries.
