Wah... new batch got silver trim on door sides like SX, a/c vents knob got silver markings.. btw your door handle wrapped in leather?

Hello cypher, door handle is not leather wrapping.
Still feels a little plasticky.

but the material look different from mine.....it look more like softer plastic (maybe padded) though not wrap with leather.... must see and feel......

awww... still prefer the knobs in all black as well as the ICE panel... any way to remove the chrome? hahaha3

you can always exchange it with me if you really want......my panel as well as knobs in matt black......

Hi turbo4ev, the tissue box and seat belt cushion comes in a set. Got it from carbaby. The neck cushion is from autobacs.

Frankly speaking, i dont really like the feel of the neck cushion as the material is like rough cotton.....and i dont really like it. Might be relocating it to the back seat soon.

think the chrome knobs are chrome rings cover fitted over the knobs and can be removed....

SX leather wrapped steering wheel factory fitted (with red thread)
EX leather wrapped steering wheel locally fitted (without red thread - in fact CnC can used red thread if they want to)

Oh, can change to red thread ? Oh my, i didnt know..... anyway, i saw some fine threads sticking out already......duno if SE will entertain me....

Pessimizt, if you change the steering wheel leather red stitches, wouldn't it look strange, that will the only item with red?

red thread or black thread will not affect the cost....but for the locally fitted leather steering (EX), I suggest they stick to using the same colour coz their workmanship cannot match the factory fitted standard......

can see dat u buy neck rest, seat belt cover etc etc.... but u forget to cover up ur cash card wic is expose. ubi autobac got sell e cover for e new IU unit, u might wan to check out....

1) I did not get any 3A nor 3M mats. Just got a thin and simple black colour mat with the wordings Cerato Forte.
2) I got the hangers from Daiso and i believed you should know the pricing too. A pack comes in a pair.


Hi Juz@kid, thanks for the recommendation. I did see a lot of covers there but did not really went closer to look for one that suits the new IU mainly because i think if the owner put the cover, it is to indicate that there is cashcard inside. So i might as well dont put there and keep the cashcard in another compartment or in my pocket before i leave the car (abit of hassle though but i think it has become a habit of mine already).


I also got the tyre pressure gauge from autobacs @ $7.90 (promo) but have yet tested with it because my SE told me its already checked that all 4 tyres are pumped to about 220psi. Hope he never bluff me that this pressure is ok.

Yah, the chrome part at the interior door handle looks and feels plastic.

well, guess the chrome knobs sort of stand out against the all black background in the EX.

Hello ong, the solar film is Rike Cool......so-call by cnc.
You already gotten COE ? Maybe just double check with SE like joepele to double confirm when will you get it. If not, ask the SE when is next shipment to have a rough idea.

Cos the form which my SE gave me when i paid the deposit states collection is estimated Jul / Aug. So i think he did a pretty good job.


Bro joepele, do update me when you collect it ok. Cant wait to see the mirror image although yours is SX. My car is very dirty already maybe due to the activity at the pavilion ?
