There's definitely difference in the air con! Feel much cooler now although i think i did not did
a gd and nice job on my insulation.. kind of "chin chai" type...

in fact to me, initial state already cold enough at 25deg..

You're right.. but unless we can all trust the built-in thermometer.. because the 25deg feels so much diff from my friend's mitsubishi lancer GLX.

So, i'm always asking myself... my forte 25deg zhun bo? Organising DIY Aircon insulation - Page 9 Icon_lol

Maybe really should get a thermometer to measure it.

Probably you can check if there is any large exposed pipe area ?

I think your concept of insulating the aircon pipe is correctly. On the latest Honda CR-Z, can see the aircon pipe is now replaced with a flexible insulation pipe up until the expansion valve.
