1) 9 pcs 3/4" 2m rubber insulator ($2 per unit),
2) one can of adhesive glue ($7 per tin)
3) 3 rolls of rubber adhesive tape ($7 per roll in box)
4) 2 pack of cable ties, thin and black type.
5) Bring own scissors, cutter knives and one tiny glass bottle to contain the adhesive glue.

Total is about $50 (including cable ties)
Breakdown:
9 x $2 = $18
1 x $7 = $7
3 x $7 = $21
Total = $46
I think $4 can get 2 packs of cable ties ?
Then divide between 12 people, each person is about $4.20

Daiso sell cable ties very cheap. And the quality is far better than the Toyogo ones.

Anyway bro, appreciate your kind efforts to organise this much-awaited DIY session. However, hope you can reconsider the location once again. I am sure there are many other MSCP around that we can utilise that day. A more central venue will be more appropriate in my point of view. Jurong west is really too far off for me and some bros here.

Bro boycott sry for the late reply.., as it's quite difficult to keep every 1 updated on the information as not all the bros here will log in everyday..some of the bro's even pm me saying that they will not be able to log in and check for updates as they are not free.. therefore since the date,time and location has already been set, it's better to stay put the currently location to ensure that every 1 don't get the wrong information.

but if you can come out with a location and not just area as in a place where there is place for toilet,buy drinks or food and space enough for our bro/ladys here to do the diy and also to ensure that all of them will get the updated information from you by this wed 17-03-10 as bro pessimizt still need time to see how many material to buy dan is enough for the bro/ladys which are attending to this DIY session. if you can ensure all the above mention, i will be more dan happy with the change of location.

Ok, let me make a humble suggestion. How about Toh Yi Drive Block 1A MSCP ? This place is near Bukit Timah Beauty World/Bukit Timah Shopping Centre/Bukit Timah Plaza.

Amenities nearby
- Esso Station (less than 2mins walk, can buy drinks, go toilet, pump petrol, pump air, etc)
- Shell x 2 (less than 5mins drive)
- Bukit Timah Food Market (less than 2mins walk, can eat lunch/dinner, buy sugar cane juice, eat char kuay tiao, etc)
- Convenience stores & Coffee shop at nearby HDB (less than 2mins walk)
- Hardware shop (less than 5mins walk, in case need more material for DIY)
- AutoBacs (1 straight road down, less than 10mins drive)
- 4D outlet (for your sunday huats , less than 5mins walk)
- Rims & Tyres Auto shop (forget the name, near 4D outlet)

Ok, let me make a humble suggestion. How about Toh Yi Drive Block 1A MSCP ? This place is near Bukit Timah Beauty World/Bukit Timah Shopping Centre/Bukit Timah Plaza.

Amenities nearby
- Esso Station (less than 2mins walk, can buy drinks, go toilet, pump petrol, pump air, etc)
- Shell x 2 (less than 5mins drive)
- Bukit Timah Food Market (less than 2mins walk, can eat lunch/dinner, buy sugar cane juice, eat char kuay tiao, etc)
- Convenience stores & Coffee shop at nearby HDB (less than 2mins walk)
- Hardware shop (less than 5mins walk, in case need more material for DIY)
- AutoBacs (1 straight road down, less than 10mins drive)
- 4D outlet (for your sunday huats , less than 5mins walk)
- Rims & Tyres Auto shop (forget the name, near 4D outlet)
- Police Post (at block 1 )

I am proposing a change in location for this DIY session, initially intended to be held at Jurong West St 64 Blk 646B which I personally feel it is kinda too far off west for some of the attendees.

Therefore, I make the recommendation to change the location to Toh Yi Drive Block 1A MSCP which is along Upp Bukit Timah Rd/Jln Jurong Kechil.

-Bros/Ladies coming from the further West also by PIE (towards Changi) and exit 26B (on your left), go along Upp Bukit Timah Rd, turn left on first traffic light junction towards Jln Jurong Kechil.
