SE will collect car from Pandan for you, then go do whatever freebies he promised you and drive the car to Ubi. Thats why u collect from Ubi.

Usually is 2-3 days before the registration is done. Mine was 4 working days cos they werent ard for monday to wed.

Bro Ong, guess it depends on how 'responsive' your SE is. Another factor is whether your car is OPC/non-OPC.
Cos OPC need license plate inspection and heard it takes some time.

Another thing is the freebies from SE.
Eg. Solar film - your SE might need to collect car from Pandan and go get it done before u can collect from Ubi/LK.

Where are you collecting?

i was told better i go ubi collect ... all teh things are fixed up there and i buy from ubi as well
