What is your waiting time from the day you booked the Forte to getting your Forte?
Those who got your Forte, please feedback, so we could know our waiting time is considered long or short. Thank!!!

Classic case of under-promise, over-deliver on my SE's part. Very Happy

BTW, if it's a factor at all, and I'm pretty sure it is, I got a 1.6 SX(M). I do know that those opting for the 2-litre(both auto and manual transmission) and auto transmission(1.6, SX and EX) variants of the car are waiting for quite long.

I booked mine on the 25th of April. I wanted the 1.6 SX M (Not so popular version) in Blue colour (popular colour). So he said it'll be about June/July before stocks are available. Then on the 2nd bidding (middle of May) suddenly I got my COE. 1 day later my SE said that there's a blue manual 1.6SX available in the warehouse (hmmm..) And I collected it on the 29th of May.

Like waypoint mentioned. 1.6 liter manuals should be easy to get as it's not so popular. Some colours are sweet orange, graphite silver and champange gold also easier to get.

i voted 12 weeks, coz i book my car 31 march and i guess by end of june only will i be getting my car coz when i did payment my se said 2 weeks. Sad

i booked mine on the 10th April..until now still no news yet.. 3 bidding fail..choose blue colour..EX(A) my neck also quite long alr lol...hope i can get my ride soon....

Guys is it true that if ur car loan is shorter the longer u need to wait for your ride becoz SE's commission is lessor?

Not sure though. But I feel most importantly are the demands and stock availablity. Colours which have higher demands sure have to wait one.

Talking of taking so long, I read in the T forum, one buyer book a Tomyam Altis on Valentine's Day. Now almost 16 weeks still no car to drive, have to wait until Aug ETA.

Not true depends on yr SE...I also booked on 10th April for SX(A) got my ride 1 mth ago...my loan is 5 yrs..never request for much freebies but want to get car fast...

yes... but you need to see what type of car also.. cause I see most of the ppls whom got their car earlier is either their car is M or EX M model one..
