Just called HDB. The person told me that i can just take out the RFID tag and put on the new car. But of course must go internet to do the transfer under -> myHDBpage -> vehicle and it willi be immediate transfer. Useful if you are collecting after office hours or weekend.

This is for existing car owners but for new, not sure already.

Anyone happen to apply for season parking at the MSCP at Redhill Rd?

When I tried to apply online, the silly HDB InfoWEB keep telling me to approach the HDB Branch Office to apply.
When I called the Branch Office, they tell me to apply through HDB InfoWEB!!!

I'm collecting my new ride later today. Retaining my carplate from the previous ride. Thus, no need to inform HDB right since they register only the vehicle number only? Am I right to say this? Season Parking - Page 2 Icon_smile

It will be better if you confirm with HDB. When I transfer my season parking, they need to see your vehicle log, so vehicle model may be recorded.

Many thanks, bro. I understand it can be done online as well. tried logging in to HDB website to do a mock transfer and cancel the whole process after that. They nv ask for the new vehicle model but only asked for the vehicle plate number only. Think I'll try parking for the next few days, if nv gonna summoned, should be ok. If gonna, I'll juz inform HDB to waive it off. Dun think it's an issue. Season Parking - Page 2 Icon_biggrin

then buying a new season parking is it too waste? coz only 1 week left.

can i use parking coupon instead? for the 1 week only....

then new month, buy new season parking...

2 dollars i think....from 12 mn to 6:59am
so if u park at 8pm - additional 4 dollars
and u leave home at 7:45am, additional 1 dollar
so overnite will be 7 dollars...

go online can get easily if ur SE give u the plate number u can straight away buy online. Jus indicate the date u start to park and until which mth u going to buy.thats all.

it depend on which date you buy it... it can be just 1 month plus only...

online approval is immediate, just print the letter of confirmation and place over your wind screen, if kena summon.. they wil waived it... form the letter time.. (stated..)..
they will mail over disc in a few days.. very handy / convenience.
i am doing it till now.. never visit any office so far.
