No no, anyone can apply.

but have to prove that u live there.

so King Jerry, the answer is yes, but you have to prove your relationship with the car owner.

i bought season parking at my GF place, i put her name as driver but realtionship with owner of vehicle i put friend

just print out the slip and place on the dashboard before ur RFID arrive

transfer season parking from car to car juz call the hdb hotline and it immediately take effect. 18002255432. surprising, will not be put on hold very long... 2 or 3 minutes someone will speak to u liao.

I cant remember it. There is a way to do it online using singpass.

I did mine this way on the night i got my new ride.
