Well, my SE did mention that they will continue to bid even if they have gotten the COE. If its higher, they will take the new one and if lower, they will keep the old one. Dunno how true..

SE did tell me that the cars are actually here and ready, just waiting for LTA to approve.

He said ytd batch was SJS42xx, today and tmr SJS43xx - SJS44xx and so on.

I asked him when can get car, he said have to depend on LTA approval. Likely end of this week or next week.

they just use the new system, dun need singpass or wat, just need yr I/C, but no need original, photocopy will do, BTW any bros gave I/C to C&C for registration? as i personally also nv give original I/C. Photocopy will do all the work, for those pass I/C to SE, try to get back. if not later they to lend $$$ from ah long lol

Got a word from my SE that the VITAS just got approved. The earliest i can get my ride is this Sat, latest by next Tuesday..anyone got same news?

if you do the maths, 3 days for registration and clearance.

today's like tuesday, tmr wed, left 2 days. weekend LTA closed. so it's like next week liao what. unless they say takes 2 days to clear everything lor..

Somehow... when I saw your name in this thread... I knew instantly that you have not collected your car yet.

The more i think of it the more FRUSTRATED and skeptical i am.

I received call from SE from 1st Aug, to go down make payment on 2nd aug and was told car will be arriving on 3rd aug. Made full payment on 2nd and now is already 18th aug?

Yes, as usual SE saying 'your car is still stucked at LTA' but, it's been under inspection for FULL HALF MONTH already! LTA really need so long to inspect some leather stuffs added on to our cars ? or, could this be a 'lie' to push the long waiting time blame to LTA instead so as we wont bug our SE anymore ?

I ordered during end April, now already mid Aug, how long i've waited so far???? near 4 months!

My SE say if tmr bidding go thru, can collect car my 2nd week of sept.. after looking at all ur disucssion, i think its a lie !!!

Regarding the vita code thingy, i wonder is this a scam from Kia just to buy our time !!! Dunno is it they use this as an excuse across all those waiting customers who have been putting pressure on them. Morning i sms him, he reply : " Admin side just received your car V.Code. Now in the process of registration with LTA. Pls be patience !"
Waited until 3Pm still no update, sms him again, he replied " Din i told u ur car is stil pending for V.Code? Only 2.0L has been release."

Damn man. i still kept his sms !!!!

Immediately, i call him and
ask him to provide me my chassis n engine no. as a proof since he say my car is waiting for the approval 'code' only. But he say he cant provide me with the chassis no yet. When ask y, he told me this is 'management' admin side issue. With all this, Now i really wonder, are all our cars which was told waiting for the Vita 'Code' really valid??? or just an excuse?
