so surprise to get call from SE that my 1.6 SX Metal Brozne is here, as they told me only coming in End OCT or early Nov. Going to settle the payment and paperworks today.

Any others got calls as well?

the recent shipment has mainly EXs
maybe your car belonged to the Sept 11th shipment which is mainly SXes

Vessel name Morning Cornet. Someone said all Hyundai and Kia vehicles are shipped by Eukor. And all the vessel names are Morning xxxxxxx type.

didn't really notice....but there's quite alot of Mit lancers and MAGENTIS though..

some of the Fortes and Magentis may not be for the local market, from PPT, they can be loaded to a feeder for Australia....

Got a call this morning from SE informing me my car has arrived and require me to go down this thurs to make payment

SE told me, friday submit payment. forgot wat he did on wkend
Monday morning go LTA seal number plate. evening collect

Finally manage to talk to SE, said no stock again this shipment , need to wait for Nov shipment. Then I ask if Nov still dun have how, since my agreement states delivery end sep / end oct / end nov. SE said extend the agreement delivery time . . . Is this acceptable under an agreement ? ? An agreement is a contract right ? Just wondering If there are any other bros / sis booked in August for SX Manual still waiting like me ? ask me to top up $3k and change to Auto . . .sigh . . .

Depends how "cat" you wanna be. I believe terms of the contract is breached and you have the right to have some sort of compensation.

I believe so too, even though I am not a lawyer, An agreement signed by both parties enters into what is a binding contract. I will give them till end Nov. But just maybe 2 weeks before End Nov I will give CnC a tinker and see what they have to say. Must get something from them as what you said ( A compensation)!

Hi Zonda sorry late reply.I am not in singapore now in jp. i have check with my dad today he going down for the payment.SE told car will be ready in 2 week.Once back　i will call my SE for my detail.Cheer

So does it mean that there is shipment every month?
I thought the SE should know how many orders have been taken and how many fortes are being shipped per month to accurate guess when we will be able to collect.

Sounds like they only know when the shipment has arrived in singapore.
