Next shipment

I bought my 2.0, 1 month ago and gotten COE, and still no news of when the car's coming?
any bros, any ideas when's the next shipment to Spore? can't wait longer man!

FYI, there will be 2 shipments / mth. 1st and last week. so make sure u check on with your SE lor.. i kind of trusted them a little too much! so..

FYI, i booked my car on 8th Mar n i collect it on 20th May so its bout 3mths of waiting n sleeping... there r other like me in e waiting list b4 finally got their ride. most important thing now is to secure ur coe first coz it be useless if ur car is here but no coe. look at wat happen to ppl who book their car during e pre-launch. some were ask to top up n worst, get back their deposit... juz tahan for awhile n it will paid off eventually.....

My guess is they do not have the stock yet if not how come so slow. The other way is to keep pestering them until they surrender the car to you. 8)

Its always 3 months that they tell their customer.

Anyone knows

1) Is it just for Forte or all their Kia car?
2) 3 months for the Forte - is business really that good that one ship can't load the overall demand for Singapore, OR........... is C&C so lack of courage that they do not have the confidence to sell whatever they shipped in?

Are they trying artificially creating an image that this is the hottest cake in the market now, that their Forte is always so called "sold out" - wait for 3 months.

well, i booked my 2L on 25 April got my Coe on first wk of May and Still waiting!! So well there's still a long wait ahead of you man.

I am Very Frustrated too but what can I do besides complaining here. The ball is not in my court.

Shouldn't there be some kind of gov body looking into the car trade as well?

before it becomes another "bank" like problem.

I mean would the "Fair Trading Act" protect consumers like us in this?

why some cant get their coe?? tot they should do their best to secure it as if any body refuse to to-up after 6bids, they would lost the sales too... no sale means no profitleh.. really cant understand...

astro bro, u confirm got a super good deal, cos in april the car price is soooo cheap due to low coe, and u only top up 2.5k to get the current COE , which most likely is 14k.

if e coe for tis 2 bidding is more than 12k than i will hav a gd deal.
if nt its juz normal lor.. n i had to wait for so long wich was cause by CnC... its bad but i hope it will increasin as much as possible. so that CnC will lost its profit.

Got my COE on 6th May.

Till now, no news regarding my car.
Only know most likely is end of this month collecting.

Also waiting for 2 months liao... Ask SE, i could sense she was giving me an irritated response via SMS... i wonder who is the customer and who paying for her comission... (I am sure i was polite when asking for a delivery date)

u can complain to Cnc if ur SE service is bad.but however do tat only aft u gt ur car. hahhaa

Before u book, they trat u like king.
After you book, Some SE may be bo chap as they already secure the order.

Some bros really lucky to get a solid SE all the way... most are 2 faced... If i saw the poll for good SE before buying i would have gone for them liao!.. haha no point crying over spilt milk...

Me too, order 2 May, got COE May 1st bidding together with loan approval. Till now no news. 2L manual Red.

With the tag line "immediate stock" and considering that they are trying to "boost" their sales...

Else, can put up a poll or petition and get the members to sign and then write in the ST forum.

Does anyone somehow overheard from your SE that each shipment CnC will only bring in a Maximum of 20 fortes according to their protocol???
i overheard one of the Senior (not sure is he a manager) told my SE when i demand him to state in black and white my shipment belong to which week of july (coz before i sign on the paper, he kept assuring me that he had blocked a slot for my july stock).

If this is true, 20 fortes each shipment is ridiciously unreasonable, unlucky buyers like some of us here will become their backlog eventually.

Agree! not logical. i think its just that they dont dare to commit.

I also waited for like 2 mth n some weeks.. no info from se so far.. tired of waiting.. est. time by se was end july to aug.. 1.6 EX(M) black

haaa..exactly.. heard this was due to their CMI logistic... now because they start to prioritize customer and we become victim...

Anyone know is the shipment for end july coming in today? Coz 2 days ago,my SE said the shipment is 24-july. Today i call and confirm with him again, he sound so loss and say not sure .

hmm, wouldnt it be better if the shipment is fresh from kimchi land, rather than getting an unit that has been exposed to weather at the free trade zone (@ pasir panjang terminal), like the toyotas?

Today i also check with my SE, he got no idea about the shipment too.
