Servicing Woes...

Dear all,

Some updates on the current situation.

Earlier in the day, C&C called me to go down to the service centre and have a look at my vehicle's paint job. I went down to the workshop at 240pm. I was immediately received by C&C personnel. My baby was parked in the service bay where I inspected the vehicle paint work. Was pretty satisfied with the paint work, albiet a little dust and hairline scratches caused by cleaning/wiping the car. These minor things still can accept.

Prior to the repair, I had 2 dents. One deep one on the right rear door. Another faint dent on the right rear wheel arch. (inconsiderate anyhow door openers!) I'm happy to say... They are all gone now! I'm actually pleasantly surprised that they kept their promise. Thumbs up.

Gave them the go ahead with the System6 paint protection job and should get my vehicle back from them by the end of the day. That means CAN COME for the meet up tomorrow! woot~

This SAGA is finally coming to an end soon... Thanks for all the support and encouragements

I've gotten back my Spicy!!!!

My two dents are gone...! I'm quite happy!!! But there's still some minor cosmetic defects and a small portion of the vehicle that have some defects.... 99% gone liao. I'm happy for now.

C&C even gave me a solid complimentary umbrella and a complimentary 10k servicing also. Although wasted quite a bit of time, but luckily resolved le.

Hellooooo all! After my paint job saga ended, it's finally time for my 10k "complimentary" servicing. Time for long grandmother story again!!!! hahahaa~ Here goes...

I sent my spicy for 10k servicing today. Before i send in today, i called yesterday to confirm that it's still FOC. Guess what? the service personnel say there's no record in the system. They ask me for proof! Luckily I still have the email from C&C or else dunno must drag how long.. So after some printing and faxing, they received the Proof, and tell me ok, still FOC.

Reach the place at 845 today.. Checked with the service personnel again that it's FOC. Then they chu another stunt. I was told tyre rotation and engine flushing is not included in the FOC servicing. :/

Oh well, my bad.. didnt get them to write down clearly. They just wrote FOC 10k Servicing... haha.

so Bros and Sis, remember if C&C promised you anything, ask them to give you everything in writing. Dun miss out the details alright?

haha. I dunno if i should consider that lucky lah. cause went thru quite a bit of ding dong before resolution. the 10k service is some kind of compensation from C&C.

So those marks aren't exactly water marks right.

there was no investigation into whether those are water marks or otherwise. Anyway, C&C took reasonable responsibility and the case was closed eventually.

Somehow i think the administration and communication part of their organisation is lacking. Oh well, who am i to judge their internal processes?
