Paint Protection Sealant
SE gives me the paint protection for free and said the retail price is $385.
But how to tell whether my car is given the treatment?

Hi bro treysha,
My current and previous car are both white. Old car din have this protection. Still looks good after 5 years. Wash everyweek with "Wash and Wax" shampoo. So I will think its not a important thing to have.

Re: Paint Protection Sealant
i got some sealant done before i collected my car, you can feel the difference in textures, compared it with the showroom car. when i wash the car with water i can see the water flowing off the bonnet, only have to wipe the sides where a few droplets are formed coz of the angular shape of the bonnet.

I guess it boils down to the same thing, do you NEED or WANT the car you now own? I guess PPS is something for lazy people like myself to want the car to shine with minimal effort. But if you are willing to polish it regularly I guess, you can opt out of it.

need to send in every 12 months to re-apply the sealant.....
do note that with PPS you are not supposed to polish or wax your car....
