I asked them to realign the door as visually can see misalingment, but in the end suffer scratches.

Its the sill under the door.

Only noticed it a day later. Don't have any doubts its the shimming that needs done to adjust alignment.

I've said it before, our workforce has a longggg way to go when it comes to quality.
