New warranty option may be up soon..

Just now, drop by Harmony Motor to swap my tires with my friend (not forte but my current ride)and chat with the boss Joey. Ask him about the ECU tuning for Forte and how abt the warranty issue for new rides. What he tell me next was pretty exciting.
He's going to launch a new tuning cum servicing cum warranty package. Meaning he will take over the 3 yrs warranty or 60K from AD. During the warranty period he will honour all warrranty claims as long cars are handle and tune by him. Whatever that we are able to claim during the warranty period as stated by AD, he will do it....
And he promised the servicing packages will definitely be much lower than what AD charged....
Currently he's working out on this new scheme with bank and insurance coy. Likely to be launch in next 2 months..

that will be interesting he's quite active in Kia forum and his site is at www.harmony .sg
btw, he only charge $5 per tire for nitrogen and free lifetimes top up.

Not advertising for him but just to let members aware of it....

Good news. But 1 issue, what about recalls to replace parts? Does he do that for free? We would not know what would be recalled and how much to replace those items, but once the recall comes out, he may have to fork out alot to replace thousands of cars.

there maybe few issue to hilight, im not against that company, just want to take precaution

if that shop take over 3 yrs all warranty and servicing and close shop suddenly, who will warranty the car and the servicing after that?

Does the shop has all the KIA or which every brand's stock item? in case we need to claim any warranty? like bumper give way, need to repaint bonnet, kia logo crack, steerling wheel crack etc etc...

since is for tuning engine? it benefits only those people who want to mod their engine ?

Wait till he officially launch it, then we see....
