All these change rims/tyres , add bodykit, change headlights, lower suspension, add strut bar/anti roll bar . . . will it void the official warranty?

rims/tyres - yes, but only the "wheel warranty" will be voided.
headlights - not sure, but HID kit will void the electricity warranty.
stabilising bars - no
lower suspension - perhaps yes, part of the "wheel warranty"?
aftermarket bodykit - depends on your authorised agent, some generous ones will overlook it.
