During the short test drive route on the 2.0A, I remember when the engine is started, there is a short low frequency rumbling from the exhaust (nice !!) and as I was accelerating a little harder from stop at traffic light, I can hear the exhaust note again (nice x2) ... but when you drive gently, the car is ok, not super quiet but acceptable.

so only 2 confirmed so far ......

personallly i lke the humming of the exhaust during rev...the feeling is better on a manual as you can shift..feels in tune with the driving. it's damn shiok!

Yeah, manual will always be better. I am too old to drive manual, left leg no power. Also my daily commute run into long jam, so, don't think manual will be practical for me.

Just found out that my SE on leave til 23rd Nov.. He also told me that the Koup is not in yet.. Anyone can counter what my SE said? Someone apparently saw a lime green Koup at Jln Boon Lay the other day.. True?? I now confused sia.. hahaha.. who to believe?????

Ya so far oni 1 lime twist is registered on the road. It belongs to the KIA boss. He did register the test car which is 1.6A. Saw him driving ard my area too.

hmmm.. i booked mine in Sept.. same like most of the people here.. during the roadshow.. anyway, how long from ship arrive to inspect to sign documents den can collect car?? i been riding all this time and its troublesome since its the monsoon season.. haiz..

Nivlek - I think ur source seems reliable enough. but not sure abt 2.0A though.

My SE only tells me this shipment is small - can't confirm on the exact numbers. Said that manual one easier for korean to roll out than auto. And mention that it depends on what the korean side ships in to Singapore.

sometimes, maybe it's fasters fingers first. my SE went back to the showroom to key in order after collecting my cheque at vivo that sat.

fastest fingers first meh? i am told is on first come first serve as in order wise.. so whoever order first will be allocated first

ok, bro nivlek is correct. my SE just called me - she said this shipment only got 1.6M, 2.0M and 2.0A. no 1.6A at all korean side never ships any..

next batch most likely between mid-end dec. then need to go for inspection and QC first b4 can release to us.

So, in 2 wks time, be prepared to see many Koups remain stationary at the lights or junctions.

All clutch stall......LOL!

If each shipment is like this time, only small number like about 10 units.. die lah .. neck is damn long already.
