bought 1 unit gps GARMIN nuvi 205W. there is 2 booths selling Garmin brand n 1 booth selling gps but not sure wat brand some sort like "compresseo ".

You choose GPS first by the avail of Map... no point get a GPS and cannot easily find latest map or map of other country which you want....

The spec wide...more or less around the same for most gps in the market.

Seriously ah.. think GPS sets in SG are wayyy overpriced. Some of my friends actually get theirs when they are overseas, esp states. Can be 50% off the price sold here in SG. Not hard to believe really, if you go check out online shops (Amazon and others ) you will find prices are much much cheaper (Garmin 255w for abt SGD$230.) Plus shipping using borderlinx services should cost less than $20. Maps you can readily download from mfm webbie.

One drawback is that it will take about a week for the item to come here, and if damaged during transit will have to wait for them to send a good one again.

Mine nuvi 265wt also got it from USA... ya cost around 50% cheaper then buying in SG.

i bought alot of stuff off ebay various parts of US. The stuff are way cheaper then SG even after i include the shipping fee.

MFM map Vs Malsing map

which 1 more detailed and better?? In term of location and postal code..

i looked around, MFM is more updated than MSM, i believe waypoint bro agree with me. Garmin mobile and MFM is now in my N85

If i not wrong Mobile can install both MFM and MSM map.. ^^

ya, mobile can merge, but i dont know how lol, MFM 1.61 i think msm i dont know.
