Kia Coupe coming to SG in Aug 09

Saw it on ST today.

2L and 2.4L versions

6spd manual for 2.4L and 5spd manual for 2L.

Wonder what's the price tag gonna be like.

Confirm price will be around the same as the tuscani

It will be available with two engines: a 156bhp 2.0-litre and a 173bhp 2.4-litre.
Koup EX version gets a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic while the SX gets a six-speed manual or a five-speed automatic. Local Kia distributor Cycle & Carriage Kia says the Koup will arrive in the second half of the year.

turbo too....if price at tuscani range....very cheap leh.

I just said I am waiting for the cabriolet version (as if they will come out with it)..... Anyways, in a one or two years, it will be time to dispose of my other and get a new..... it will be a cab.... for my half century bd....

1.6 turbo...hmm now that's interesting....but y no turbo for the higher capacity? Where you get your source from?

1.6 turbo is good. But I doubt better than a colt version R coz I think CVVT engine very hard to do turbo due to the gearing of the exhaust which i read from somewhere
