INFO ON NEXT SHIPMENT

My SE told me that it wun be after CNY...prolly end of Jan....jjus wait lo...wat to do?..

today got C&C advert on the newspaper with pic of koup and words of 'Thank You' for increasing their sales in 2009. and they having CNY promo now.. wonder hw is the pricing like

My SE is weird and I don't understand him. He said the car allocation is still not confirm, haven't settle yet... Asked him any prob with shipment he said no. Den somebody here said there's no shipment on 15jan?? Confused...

sorry just OT... wondering if the contract stated the estimated delivery period of Dec09-Jan2010, and if it fails to deliver by end of Jan. Have anyone demanded some form of compensation like a courtesy car ? Or what other options or action taken ? other than the final option is to refund which i think we wont want that since been wanting to get it..thanks

I last heard from my SE was earliest maybe end Jan 2010 but again subjective to what model and when you book it though.

Great to hear he's OK. But the damages are definitely on the car and the pain is in the HEART. I know I'll be if is my case.

esp if its a super brand new car..and kena RTA..super sian and heart pain to the max....
