MDPS firmware upgrade for SX Empty MDPS firmware upgrade for SX

There is a firmware upgrade for the MOTOR DRIVEN POWER STEERING SYSTEM as seen on the KIA Tech Service Bulletin. It solves the ESP Light error on Startup. I apply to forte produced between 3/3/09 and 08/19/09. SX users may check if this error occurs and tell C&C to update the FW at servicing.

But how do we know which version we have??

If your MDPS experience such symtoms. Then your version may not be updated. So tht should be enough to voice out to C&C. MDPS firmware upgrade for SX Icon_cool
