Problem is... you had booked. SE might not give u any additional goodies. However, the normal stuff that they give to others are

- Visors
- Car mat + Boot mat
- PPS
- Fuel vouchers
- GPS
- Bodykits

A list of goodies that a SE can give are the following
- Visors
- Car mat + Boot mat
- PPS
- Fuel vouchers
- GPS
- Bodykit

It is up to the SE whether to give or he might ask you to 'top up'.

You should try asking yourself why you book EX in the first place?
And what's the reason now that you are considering to upgrade??

There is of course difference in terms of the finer details of the car like air con, bigger rims and air bag. Other things like traction control you may not feel it that much. Not to mentioned comes with leather seat already.

But as mentioned, ask why ex and not sx in the first place.

IMHO,

From a Family man's point of view (Trying to look @ a more practical point of view)...

Initially, I had ordered the EX...

The the px went down over the weekend... I could stick with the EX and get a nice discount? or upgrade to an SX w/o paying much more.

Here's some of the "goodies" that made me change to get an SX...
*There were other functions as well but they were not a "+" point if you know what I mean...

1. Air Bag on passenger's side
2. 4 Disc brakes
3. Leather interior (the EX does not come with it)
4. Remote Central locking
5. Climate control (Air Con)
6. Bluetooth handsfree (Yes, I dun worry abt my family hearing the conversations) Smile
7. Anti Glare rear view mirror (It really works!)
8. ESC (Good safety feature)
9. Electronic Streering... (Can be a pro and a con)

Other goodies but... does not really apply for me...
1. 17" rims (A big big minus point for me actually, but +1 for road handling)
2. Extra chrome garnishes (I've got kids and I've got sweaty palms)
3. Telescopic steering wheel... (I mean, my wife dun drive, how many times does a person wanna adjust that??)
4. Leather trimmings (Not sure if it's still applicable now....)
5. 6 CD changer (With my 80GB ipod, this is redundant)
6. Halo effect dials... (I mean... WTH is it for?? Who else is gonna see it?)

Juz my 2 cents...

It also voice down to your budget and approval from your approving officer Upgrade to SX Icon_tongue

I am actually looking at 2.0 SX when booking. My wife dislike the idea of a 2l car. Eventually I have to book 1.6SX. But no regrets. Between 2.0 SX and 1.6 SX, I only like the better pick up and 6 air bags. Yet I have to pay much more for the maintainence if I took up a 2.0 SX......

I would say, if you don't have budget constraints, then go for SX. Very Happy

I'm SX owner, and I'm very happy that I didn't opt for EX! thumbsup

Yup I agree that not everyone is the same. It's like choosing between an OPC and normal plate. Different needs. I used to drive an OPC but due to a change in lifestyle, I change to a normal plate. A good reason to change to a Forte too actually....hehehe
