I think most car accessories shops have, u can try autobacs if u dun mind the price.

I saw plenty at Autobac Ubi..... got dual, triple quad adaptors.... come with switches, direct etc etc etc...

Depends on what it's for...

I had one fitted into side (Where the fuse box is) for my GPS (Mounted @ the centre & bottom of the windscreen)...

And another in the glove compartment (With USB for charging HP, PDA, etc etc).

Will be posting the picts into my thread soon.
