I understand that speed is not the issue when it comes to running in....
It's the RPM.

Anyone has any idea what is the conditions for running in?

First 1k, 3k and 5k?
Or whatever is the condition?

Don't really matter imho.

1) The average driving pattern seldom exceed 3krpm and with so many automatic gearbox which auto change gear lower than 3krpm

2) Take a look at the video clips Kapitan posted, those guys definately are not at low rpm when they load your vehicles.

Just drive normally as you would.

The engine is more robust and durable than what most people perceived.
