Fuel Consumption of 2.0l

For 2.0 owners, what is your FC like?

Abt 10km per litre.. if change style a bit can acheive better FC.. im more to the heavy footed kind u see

I'm getting bout 11.8/ltr. has been quite consistant up till my 1st servicing which was a week ago. Power can be quite addictive i must say. and latest FC is now 10.3/ltr hahaha.

mine same as blackcode, but can see, our cars only better fc when travelling at highway, my highway fc 16km/L, so gd to see but wats yours 2.0 "tank to empty" show? mine always on 430-450km max. 2.0 owners pls update. cos i'm gonna go reset my trip meter soon

dear bro i just top up 35 litre
and i get 300.9km with 35 litre only neh .......
that mean 300.5/35 =8.59km/litre

mine have send for 1000k servicing 700 only
is it normal??? 70% city 30%high way

For my case, did notice FC improves after 1000k i.e. after running in.. 8.59km/ litre not so good... but again u only done 700km and 70% city.. so shd be ok lah.. keep monitoring.. make sure tyres pressure is enough..no "extra" load in car etc.. and lighten ur foot helps

i just went to release air from tyre wow 258 psi for all four leh
will this contribute to high FC

Over inflate shd not cause higher fc.. but under inflate will due to more power needed to overcome the extra friction.. nevertheless over inflation is not good cos less contact/ grip with road surface. thus, easy to loose contro, skid, tyre burst etc.

Yup, 50% city 50% highway mostly. Maybe the initial part was lucky, more green lights than red i guess,lol, and seldom ferry passengers except for my wife. Been using SPC95 to monitor and the only addition was the hurricane air filter which helped but not by much i suppose. But honestly, 11.8km/ltr or higher can be hit by most if not all, cos during run-in, a motorised bicycle could have beat me flat. Now, i'm just sick of being slower than that motorised bike...

Hi my fuel consumption is 10.75lit/100km. It is not too fuel efficient considering I am too heavy footed. I would say the heavy highway traffic jam do contribute to my high FC.

Mine 2.0 L is also around 10km/l

Looks like all the 2 liter are have constant 10km/l reading

I'm heavy footed so my 1 week car only hit 8.5l/km !

I'm hoping the FC will improve after the 1K servicing lor... .

mine always show 515km....but i notice trip meter can travel up to 580km before the "tank to empty" went ----

im getting 9km/L only. but its a consistant one lo... my right foot gaining weight everytime i saw civic.

KM to empty tank after a full tank top-up always show only 410-421km only. WTF???

same thing i face bro, how can 400CC more take 30% more fuel.... i also dun understand, there's a bro here manual 1.6 can go 680km for manual trans, - ours 420km his is 260km way higher then us. if calculated to auto trans & 2.0, we shld at least get 80-100km more in the tank to empty & not 420km max only, btw Bro r11s, did u do anything to yr car? how come u can see 515km???
