Go to www.maddetailer.com. Under exterior, on page 3 there is description and picture of claybar. Meantime while waiting for my car to arrive, I practise polishing and claying on my old car.

Re: Recommended wax brand
i would advise not to take up bike at a later age ie 26 and above, when we learn bike while we were young, its easy to learn the stability, handling and balancing. But as we aged, this dont come easy and post a danger to ourselves while on the road.
so if u had experience since young, its good, but if u try to gain that experience when our bodies are not so flexible anymore, its dangerous
my 1 cent

Re: Recommended wax brand
for new ride, first week, after washing, can apply a light layer of Duragloss Polish n Cleaner, after that buff off....follow by a layer of ES....2nd week, wash and apply another layer of ES, next day if u KS, apply Aquawax over and buff off...yr ride should be kim kim...maintain it by weekly wash and finish off with Aquawax....but depend on your daily parking location, for me day time under the sky, therefore will repeat step 1 likely every alternate month...

my old ride is black...but maintaining it was tiring...so now change to Ah Pek colour..bright silver just remember before u buff off with yr detailing cloth, run your palm over it, sometimes dirt got caught by it and if u use it to buff off, will be adding swirl lines to your ride especially dark colour, it will be obvious...

swirl mark depends on how bad is it, some light swirl mark can be polish off manually with compound polish i.e Turtlewax polish (the one that's is colour coded) but usually bad swirl mark require the help of machine polish....
Why not tahan for awhile as I heard Duragloss will be bringing a swirl mark removal polish soon...

I saw Maddetailer organising an order for polishing machine from U.S. I was thinking of buying it but need to purchase a portable generator.
I think having a machine is much easier to polish and is a one time investment. I don't have to go for polishing centre.

Re: Recommended wax brand
using machine need skill, setting the wrong RPM, over polish, etc can occur easily if one is a first time user.....may do more harm...
That's why I recommend when your ride is new, be slightly more hardworking, give it a first time polish and apply a good sealant over it..built up the sealant layers as u goes back.....after that just maintain with regular washing and applying a layer of quick detailer or Aquawax...not that difficult....

Ok Sifu. I'm think of applying 5 to 6 layers when I got my car.

Don't be KS ok... if using Enviroshield even it contained fast curing properties, the most 2 layers at one go.....let it cure at least 24hrs before applying another layer, the effect will be better, doesn't mean one shot apply many layers will be better hor...
