Lodging a complaint with C&C Empty Lodging a complaint with C&C

Post by joepele 21st July 2009, 11:12 am

Anyone know what is the escalation process of lodging a complaint with C&C?

Internal
KIA Management -> C&C -> KIA ASPAC (If there is one) ->KIA Korea?

External
CASE?
Automobile Association Singapore?

Seems like after paying the booking fee, some SEs are no longer contactable liow.
*Worse than insurance agents!
**Sorry if anyone is in the insurance line here.

*My SE is from UBI.

Anyway,

I think I'm going "feedback" to C&C rather than KIA.

Here's the link.

http://www.jcclgroup.com/contact.html

I'm not going to post this to their Customer Feedback as I think they already know what's going on... So I'm writing this to the PR and Communications... Hope they'll do something about it.

Do feel free to write in as well.

Woo.. bro joepele..

think there is links for your to reach to their manager in this forum sticky already.. maybe you'll want to try that.?

I agrees.. with bro kapitan.. there are some good SE around.. mine for 1..(although i still disappointed with them) respond to every call / sms i made to him.. and offer / respond solution.. only 1/2 the time.. CMI solution.. pig

if your SE is not responsive to you then better off go to their manager and ask to change, insist.. and there are many listed here for your considerations too...

my 2 cents.

Don't waste time about writing to the PR Manager just send one letter to the Forum page (newspaper) and there you will definitely get a reply even though the solution might not be to your favour. The most, they will give you another SE and maybe throw in few "goodies" for you. Agree with the rest, not all SE are bad......I'm pretty happy with mine and the SE is from Ubi as well.

Hey bro joepele, you sounded very pissed. Is it because unable to reach SE at all (via handphone and sms) ? Or did you try the office number and then look for the person ?

Honestly, I'm a "quite hard to please" person.

But I'm not unreasonable.

My SE promised to come back to me on a couple of "queries" I had...
It's been 2 weeks and still no news.

I've got a friend who is pissed with me cos I bought this car from my current SE...
Why?
Coz my friend is an SE in KIA too... but I only found out that she was also an SE after my current SE attended to me (A couple of times).

Honestly, I expected follow up to be followed up and not with empty promises.
To have the courtesy to ans the call when called and not act childishly and ignore the call.

1. I called, never pick up or call back.

*Like I'd believe if he dun have called ID.

2. SMS used to take less than 10 min for a reply.

Think you better call their office and demand to speak to their leader supervisor or manager or something and tell them your frustration and hear what they say about this SE. Hopefully they can do or explain something.

Post by joepele 22nd July 2009, 10:00 am

I'm not going to squeeze them, as long as they promise me the COE, he better deliver.

Last he mentioned to me that only 2 persons got their COE. and these 2 persons paid guaranteed COE so they got their COEs. That's the reason why I paid another 2k to secure the COE.

But later then I found out the many of the bros here got their COEs last week.

Also the thing that made me sign the dotted line was that he told me that the shipment will be
in @ the end of July... Mine is one of them. When the shipment arrives,
it takes about 1 week or so for the car to be reg and ready for me to collect the car.

If he does not filfill his promise to me... If I'm not getting my COE today... or he never tell me about it or he slowly delay till Sept for me to collect my car... then it's a clear case of mis-representation.

Bro joepele

I think you have a VERY good chance to get your COE today bec:
- you paid additional $2k
- this IS an agreement of Guarenteed COE
- your shipment coming in soon - timing just right
- CnC will bid now, later COE goes up again, CnC will need to paid more on your behalf
- SE also wants his/her commission fast

Wanted to wish you Good Luck, but I don't think you need it to secure your COE today

If they did not manage to secure for you, you have the right to demand for an open CAT COE (without further cost). In short, die die they must give you COE.

I'm on one bid guarranteed too. Top up after the 6th bid. This is my 7th bid.

Thanx for the assurance bro.

But I noticed this,
- this IS an agreement of Guaranteed COE
means, they will still bid 6 times for the COE.

But the guaranteed simply means that they will give me a COE but will be during on of the 6 times from booking date.

That means, if they forsee that the COE would drop in Aug, (Maybe due to 7th month)... there is nothing to stop them to "try" to bid for a higher COE then.

So, I'm just waiting...

If
1. The COE is 2k less than last month and I dun get it...
Smile
2. The someone else who paid normal COE but got the COE but I did not...
Smile

Well, you know what I mean.

How much did you top up and how much did you pay for the car?

IMHO, I feel that these SEs dun disclose enough to the consumers to let them make the right decision...

If they had foreseen that the COE was going up... Like yours over the last 3 months... He should have advised you to pay a guaranteed coe to secure the COE.

Else, it would be acting on the client's best interest now would it?

IMHO, no different from the finance industry.

Instead of paper loss.... this is also paper loss but in COE.

Hi there,
Booked 3 months ago @$48,499, SX(A). Price originally $48,999. Opted out BK, and so minus $500.
After the unsucessful 6th bid, called up the manager then found out my SE 'run road' liao. Dun even have the basic courtesy to inform me she resigned. My Top up is 3K.

That's the problem for all the apr / may buyer..
for those secured of their COE booked those months. many still waiting for cars.. and it seems later buyer always get their cars much earlier.
now that what i call business ($$$ making).. really we can only do so much..

this is the reason that i communicate mostly vis sms to my SE for all, sending recap of discussion after call just to make sure its recorded..

I booked on last day of april. but now its getting into august and still no sign of my car.. wat a mess..

Sorry to hear that bro.

But sometimes I do wonder, why do they take so damn long to process 1 car?

Cos they wanna spend the time clinching sales? Leaving collection as backlog?

Kinda bad servicing if you ask me.

I wonder if the Corp knows about this....

Thanks bro..

actually.. business sense rules here..
selling more cars at higher profits.. == better figures == nicer report..
secured deal.. undelivered == future profits==better forecast

here..i am in retail industry too.. so.. quite used to these.. but really
at a level, think the corp will certainly support this.

i think many could support you should you decide to escalate this but please to consider after getting the car we will still rely on them for the fixing as you may aware? haa.. so.. maybe we should really look into the bigger picture here..?

thanks.

I'm all into compliance and processes.

Even if I need to get their services in the future... I hope and believe that they will be professional about it.

Looking @ the bigger picture? I am.

If no one is going to voice out, who stands to gain?

I'm not saying to complain for the sake of complaining.

Arguing for the sake of winning.

Fighting for the sake of getting the SE sacked.

I'm merely asking for what I have requested as long as it's reasonable.

Then, if they were to be unprofessional about it... (which I really doubt it)... it's really up to the consumer to
1. Be totally oblivious / ignorant about it and live with it
2. Make a responsible claim against it and hope for the best.

It's better to voice out than to sit in silence and letting them think everything is ok.

Yup.. i agree with you its about professionalism here.. if all understand that...
which leads me into the next where all this un-professionalism comes in the first place..

Anyway... not to start a fire.. C&C should really buckle up!
looking forward to your update..
Cheers Very Happy
