Contacts/Emails for complaint ???
Hi All, Anyone has the information such as emails or numbers on the channels for complaints to higher management of C&C ??? these sales people really pissed me off....

Call the C&C customer Service...

No use . I tried email to CnC to the Customer Service Mr Brandon Low. He told me he refer me back to Ubi Fulco as I book there. But then waited until 2nd week Ubi still never reply me , so I when back to complain Mr Low , again he said he will get Fulco to reply me on my complaint of delivery. The Manager dun't even bother to reply me, just ask my SE to call me and say they know of my complaint but no shipment have to wait. There's how stuck up they have become for getting so many sales this year. Disappointing at the way they treat customer.
Receive a mailer in my letter box yesterday From KIA . " GIVE YOURSELF A KIA THIS SEASON" I read it and almost laugh off !
From The Mailer:

joepele, actually I am planning to do both sending emails and calling customer service.
hanxiang87, not about delivery date la, its quite complicated, its a sales issues will explain the detail later when I have more time. In fact if i want to I could collect the car in 2 weeks time and I just booked mine not long ago.
Zonda S 4.1, I actually booked mine at LK so they can't really refer me to anywhere else haha...
regarding the delay issues, actually I think C&C is playing all the bro (still waiting for their ride) out man, when i was doing the booking I was asked if I wanted an ex-stock which when I look at the list there are about 10 cars in the list of course different colors. But instead of offering to existing customer who have made the booking they rather sell it to new customer and let the existing customer wait and wait....
anyway i am just telling them how I was surprise by their "Power to Surprise"...LOL

If you want to get some support, start printing flyers and put it at the windscreen of all the Forte you come across. Get all owners to join this forum....build a consumer power base.
Than I bet you....everyone at the other side will listen.
But than again....it depends on what the complaint is about. If it is frivolous, than I guess nobody will just support blindly.
