Yup, it's better u stay with black cos you have Bk to back you back. Unlike me do not have BK, so will look weird if I dun respray it.

Ya I have made a complain to them why colour not match. But come to think of it, I find that a bit of different tone will also be better to distinguish between grill and body.

hey gazoo, i did the incus tip same day as u but went off early.

had discussed with david about installing it for sometime ever since i saw one of the avante owner using it ...but was undecided cos might not be able to install my rear BK bumper..well, couldn't resist it in the end so did it anyway

prepare to pay for the price if you really like it. Normal price $500 plus, muffler tip plus Roadrun diffuser. If there is around 5 or more ppl like it, I will hold GB for around $400 plus. I did it at MCD, and this is the last time MCD bringing in this muffler tip.
As pimp my ride had mention, alot of avante are aiming for this and there is limited stock.

Of course lah, the problem is the bk diffuser. I'll fix the front kit & sideskirt. If mach cant separate the bk diffuser then screw it, either i find a shop that can do it or just sell off the rear kit. The wait is killing me. Anyway i've no regrets with the incus twin, it looks damn sweet on my ride.

I have personally spoke with Mach's boss before.. he got point that current C&C rear diffuser can be alter easily by another 3rd party shop.. but depends the shop wants to do it anot is 1 thing.
which shop can do it? I dunno go ask ard..
dont ask me for the boss no. cause u know I definately wont give.
Good luck on your search.. remember to share ard here.. =)

true, when i look at the picture of the rear BK i thought that it might be possible to remove the C&C diffuser & replace it with another which is why i took the risk...however i find it so ironic that if the mach's boss himself admits that it can easily be altered, i dont see any reason why they cant simply do it for me when the time comes for my BK installation? Anyways no worries cos there's so many shop specialised in BK out there

Pimp my ride, did you also do up the Roadrun diffuser or only the exhaust tip?

Re: My super Bright Silver precious!
Tdy i went down to MCD and the guy told me its near impossible to cut thru the diffuser of the C&C BK cos its highly possible that its made of fiberglass and might crack when cut...furthermore the BK is fitted over the original bumper so if cut will have cut thru 2 layers also...haiz...super sianz...

bro, is the diffuser really made of fibreglass? i really doubt that.
if ur rear bk already installed, then should remove 1st before doin any cutting...why must cut 2 layers? Must go for 2nd , 3rd opinions, go to a bk expert ...hmm nowadays nothing is impossible if u have $$$

Re: My super Bright Silver precious!
theres quite a few...browse around and u can see some different colour with C&C BK...

Re: My super Bright Silver precious!
Sorry to all for the misunderstanding...actually i sms the mach boss and was told that e diffuser is ABS material so means its cutable...to cut thru 2 layers meaning the original diffuser of the bumper and also the BK version of diffuser...so thats 2 layers...and i jus got my own version of twin exhaust done at MCD...standby for pics..

Did you broke the opc seal and change the original squarish car plate to a rectangular one or did it came with the rectangular car plate?

Re: My super Bright Silver precious!
Guys, u can go to Wee motors to change to rectangle plate. They have the garnish too. 1st u need to go for the seal inspection at vicom, then u need to get the workshop (Wee motor) stamp on the LTA application form to get approval to break the seal.

Do I have to call and make an appointment or can I just walk-in to Vicom to do the inspection?

Re: My super Bright Silver precious!
How much does all this cost?

dont ask me the cost because my memory damn bad one haha. i think shld be around 200
the red plate, i order from Moses, i think 30 plus
the garnish plus the labour to break the seal and fix the plate, i think about 100++
LTA & vicom less than 50?
i did'nt cover the hole, actually its really unnoticeable. Nobody has noticed it. Its just that i prefer the smaller hole type of mesh.

in order to change the mesh, the front bumper needs to be removed. With the bloody seal, its impossible.

Re: My super Bright Silver precious!
Silly me, i did'nt thought about changing the mesh at that time. I should have done the mesh before sending it back to vicom for resealing. Cos LTA give u allowance of 1 week to a month for the workshop to fix your car.
