Hi guys..jus wanna share i have a new problem with my Forte that i found out jus today...i tried to lock my car den realise after 1-2sec the car will auto unlock...that means i can open the door though the alarm will sound out...so i immediately kol my SE who ask me to drive straight to service centre...so here i am at Pandan Gardens C & C for them to trace whats the root of the problem..haiz...y this have to happen on a fri...still tink of going out..now can kill that idea liao..sianz...

Till noe still dunno yet..have to wait for them to disgnose and tell me...bt overheard their conversation its not car alarm problem bt "factory" problem...cos i guess all cars default comes with lock and unlock function...sorry if im wrong...

yah.. or boot not closed properly... but at least u noe the doors unlocked 1-2 s later... not 10-20 mins later

Mmm..dunno leh...bt the sensor did not detect any door open or wat...actually i duno whether tis problem jus arises or have been there for some time already...jus find it sianz dat tdy cant go out liao...gf sure angry de... Rolling Eyes

I heard aftermarket alarm got some issues, thats why some bros not installing alarm yet. (I read somewhere)

Since I collected my car on tat day, immediately I went down to installed the 2 way alarm @ Soon Lee from ZMC GB ..so far so good din give me any problems... Very Happy

My alarm model : LT700 with auto boot open.

my se told me b4 that its nt recommend to fix aftermarket alarm as it may hav prob with e car. many ppl went bk to him with prob aft they fix e alarm

Don't think can believe right? It's just marketing talk so that they can ask you to install at CnC, that is what I would think.

no ley, the one that CnC install is also after market.
so what se advice is not to install at all even if you want to go thru them to fix it.
