No reverse Sensor in EX?

I noticed that the EX model does not even have a basic reverse sensor function....

Can I install a generic one or is there an alternative?

Request for local fit sensors as part of the freebies which most bros n sis here got either through negoiating or given by SE without prompt.

Unless u already collect ur ride, just get a generic one from the car motor shops or just do it like the old days...no sensors parking.

ya. my SE auto tell me he can throw in reverse sensor, alarm n leather seat as freebies. nothing more -_-

Mine is throwing in Solar Film and Mats... Maybe should ask for Leather seats too...

But doesn't alarm come stock?

Anyway, planning to get the car next week.

EX version do not have reverse sensor or alarm, so if u see it in the EX car then it is a freebie from ur SE n definitely local fitted, if you don't see it, it's normal.....

Recommended stuff to ask for as freebies,

1) Solar Flims (if u r ok with rikecool)
2) Leather Seats (unless u got some concept in mind design/scheme wise)
3) Reverse Sensors
4) Alarm (if u don't mind what they offer)
5) BodyKit (For the lookers)
6) Auto fold mirrors

These stuff usually requires a couple of hours minimal for installation excluding queue or wait times. Getting them done after car collection by outside vendors means you have to find time for that. Unless of course you already have a specific brand that you prefer. In short, Time = MONEY.


Freebies that you can do without, unless offer free

1) Mats
2) Window Visors
3) Anti Rust Coat
4) Paint Protection

Just buy outside, if too expensive....y buy car?

C&C car packages changes over time. I am just listing stuff you should consider getting if they aren't in the package.

If u manage to get all these for an EX as freebies, your SE is god! hey...there's always a possibility

I got item 1 to 4 and car mat as freebie....
item 4 and 5 you need to check with your SE, those 2 items is givig free
by C&C during promotion preiod....not your SE.
But you can try asking your SE to give you auto folding mirror.

keke. u wan so many freebies in one car purchase? at pre launch possible. now tat forte is getting popular, i think if dey ever give u all tat u requested, u'll be one of the last to get de coe.

so far after apr promo, nv c anyone get bodykit for free. auto fold mirror is a standard now. usually for ex, se give reverse sensor + alarm + leather seat OR solar film.

but now car selling price so high, i think SE surely can throw in freebies for TS. remember ask for front number plate change from square to rect.

I got zero freebies too, in fact I told my SE I don't want any freebies lol.

No freebies is ok mah, cos I also didn't get much too . It is actually more peace of mind cause I find the "tit tit tit" very annoying in the reverse sensor... "ti....." like my car flatline liao...

Mine was a freebie given by my SE..but i dun usually rely on the reverse sensor..normally when i reverse, i will open the door and pop my head out and look at the back..tink like that more accurate..

Yes, driving is need skill one. I have experienced spending 5 min waiting for a guy to reverse and attempt to park 4 times in a MSCP. So I think the reverse sensor should be more for unexpected ppl who walk across your path that kind.
