How are parking charges calculated in the evenings?

Hi guys, I'm curious abt this senario.

Example:

Carpark charges.

7am to 5pm: $2 first hour, $1 every half hour.
5:01pm to 6:59am: $5 per entry.

If i park 315pm till 515pm. how much is the parking cost?

315pm till 415pm $2
415pm to 445pm $1
445pm to 515pm onwards how to count?

isit another $1 plus $5 or just $1?

Yea, should be $1 + $5 for 1615 hrs to 1715 hrs.
