Any suggestion where is the cheapest carpark to park if I going to Albert Complex? If got URA parking even better.

behind sim lim sq, but hard to find a lot

Park at the open space car park besides Albert Centre Temporary Market & Food Court. Depends on luck. Some time I no need to wait, got once I waited for more than half an hour.

You could share how far you willing to walk. Is 2 streets away too far? Else can consider The Verge.

beside Sim Lim Tower is open URA car park, normally have lots...

lol, park at the open carpark beside ICA Building, then take MRT to bugis...

Then may I suggest HDB car parks beside Kallang MRT station then take MRT. Less chances of KENNA parking offences and some more if KENNA, can appeal and 90% waive......

So far mine all waive. But I know some of my clients can't waive. I think they made too much parking offences in the same place in the same year?

But if it's URA, then forget about it. Was told 100% can't waive......

Crappy and baseless reasons. Eg: Unloading goods and thought it's a short while, but attendant came; sick and overslept; Run out of parking coupons and went to hunt, but attendant came...... It's not the reasons, but just need to write something. Next time may be I will try things like my watch show the wrong timing; don't know need to put coupon; no time to put coupon; didn't know attendant will come....
