HDB Car Park Queries

Hi all Forte owners,

how do i apply for a HDB season parking? I've not got my car physically yet but its registered and i have the number plate already. My SE called and say collection will be tomorrow or tuesday depend on how fast LTA seal my number plate(OPC)

Any advise? thanks.

just go to ur hdb branch office and get a season parking. just state car plate no., where you stay, which carpark, pay and settled.

I think some hdb branches may need you to produce the LTA registration info. and your IC

Go online also can, but must die die pay by GIRO

or else, HDB branch office. give then ur NRIC number they can check everything via the computer.

I paid my season parking online... no need giro leh.

But i think need to go hdb register 1st to get the "DISK". If u register tmr, should be pro rated...

u will be using the $20 coupon rite... just drive to your hdb branch office and register

Actually no need to worry la.... U pay/register online.. print out he receipt and put on your dashboard while waiting for the disc... the aunty won't be so free to saman u.... I tried... coz if they do, get HDB to waive it coz it's not your fault....

yah, very simple n easy these days.. i just change from open car park to MSCP.. just call ur branch office they will advice u wat to do.. u can fill the form online pay the upfront fee using credit card and subsequent by giro (optional).. i prefer giro (got 2% discount if im not wrong)

by then i think the hype over liao... duno should trade in the BK anot.

Check for major flaws in the paint work, rims and windscreen. One of the bros mentioned if there are mechanical faults, you can rectify them on the 1k servicing anyway. But the check list should serve you well.

Fyi, my SE gave me a opc coupon when i collect my ride.. so suggest u standby one coupon but tell ur SE u dun hv coupon.. haha.. season parking can do online.. just print out the acknowledgement page n place it on ur dashboard can liao.. HDB will mail the disc to u..
look out for paintworks/ any scratches on body/ wheels.. make sure try all parts tat can open/ close.. aiya.. all in the list liao lah..

Ya, just relax and enjoy ur ride, otherwise you may end up blue-black and swollen eye ( cannot sleep well ) importantly drive with care.

Too bad then, cannot go see see look look. In anycase go collect earlier nevermind dun need to wait until 7. Park there and go makan opposite then can drive off after 7.

aiya, ask the SE to give u a coupon if too early lor.. i collected in abt 30 mins time only..

i dilly dally there... checked the car thoroughly
outside, interior, all electronics... highlighted engine oil like too much
but SE say its fine
