Hi hi,

Just come back from the Sitex show 2009 (Sg Expo).. Damn many ppls and hard to find a parking lot.. Wait abt roughly ard 40mins, then managed to find one... Quickly waste no time and go buy the IT stuff i want using this month BONUS!!!!! (End up bo liao after buying, haha)

Now at sitex, they throwing in free RDS-TMC (traffic live monitoring) as a bundle. This one worth $99... and is free for 2yrs.. not sure if will still be free after 2yrs as need to see LTA's face..

i nv use before garmin so dunno can't rate (although i hear ppl say is good).. I'm currently using holux6210+.. It serves me good from Sg to Pahang to KL then back to Sg.. haha..

I believe holux6210T comes with bluetooth which is a plus point. Screen is big and clear. Searching for GPS timing not bad.. Re-route ability also quite fast.

This one is download all the movies into the harddisk and then play on my LED tv lo (not play in computer)... I got a friend who had super high quality movies, drama and anime (i think he got two full 1TB harddisk with those hk dramas, movies)

He had formed a small circle of group so one can pass & share ard whatever new release movies. But the basic rule must be super good quality..

So i going to tap all these free sources from him and download all the movies to mine, so free time can play and watch.

too many choices... can sme kind soul help me filter my thoughts...

priorities:
1) voice announcement
2) quick n ez updates of maps
3) large screen

r e storage card included also??

priorities:
1) voice announcement (i think most unit protray the speaker voice quite soft.. That why i thinking if equipped with bluetooth.. can it work just like our hp with our car system to protray the voice navigation thru our car speaker.. This way can be loud and clear)

Agreed! Went there this evening and was totally disappointed that Panasonic, Nikon don't have a booth for their products.

Bought a 1 TB harddisk at $129, can't say it's a good bargain.

Went Sitex yday nothing much to c, but facing a massive jam due to carpark full (I went there around 11am after my morning east coast run somemore!!!)

Also saw an accident of a Honda Accord banged into Camry backside (Poor Honda Driver super low morale as his bonnet crashed and still need to support the camry damage cost. Suprising Camry backside not much wrecked sia. Super solid body Idea

)

Anyway I no choice have to park at those "Free Parking" areas and walk there (Bro going there today n tomorrow can consider Smile

)

Yup quite alot of GPS at Sitex, but I still sourcing a good GPS app and install into my iphone. Save $$.... lol!

Then can you form a FOGS sharing group then I bring my HD Media Box to get all HK Drama from you??? Maybe MU must setup a booth for this. What a Face

Good idea!!!!!... Then i become the "supplier" liao.. haha.. bought my Ac.R for $249. Didn't opt for the harddisk built in which is $349. I also do see a few others models similar to this, especially one china brand..

The chine brand super cheap (less than $160).. some more can hook up to internet and download the movies you want accordingly from 130 sites ++.. Me of cos a bit skeptical abt china IT stuff so didn't buy in the end..

Haha, but our AC Ryan also can pump in Bit Torrent files and hook on Internet to d/w. But I do like the Interface of the menu as damn cool!! Do look out for the latest firmware coming in Dec with more features add on to our box! santa

Btw, I bought my box with 1TB last IT show for around $349 also (if not wrong). Seriously wanna get some nice drama from you. Guess MU wanna set up a booth we need Power source for laptop and our Boxes. haa
