Forte Owner's Group Emblem

I like the first one too! (Again, prefer if the 'F' is more pronounced.)

I can't make out the 'Forte' in the third one. Too abstract for the non-art trained person in me. (Or is it meant to be just a symblic icon?)

hmm... the 3rd design for the front, design number 1 at the back.

Hmm.. scaredcloud, what software you using to draw this? It doesn't seem to be handdraw.. more like computer draw.. I remember see a website that allow us to draw graphically (free-style)... Can't find it..

Emblem design is out liao.. so how about the decals.. Tmr i will go JB see see any customised stickers shop..

Forte, comes from the French word "strength". Okie, how let your imagination run wild and come up with a power emldem or decal

Great, think we can compare price cos I have a friend who can help me print decal. But most importantly have to come out with at least a few design to vote.

I thinking of going there.. ask the person see what he can design with me.. if quite cheap, i will ask him design a few then i will scan and put up here for voting.

We making an emblem to replace the stock KIA emblem or making decals??

Decal is confirm but as for emblem, we will see how's the response from everyone.

Maybe we can just change the back one instead of the front one so that everyone dun feel the discomfort of the original KIA being removed. Furthermore, emblem dun come cheap.

As what I have suggested, we will need everyone feedback.

yes, design 3 indeed is an eagle in the letter 'F', enhancing the meaning of forte 'strength'

i just used microsoft paint with tablet to sketch out some concept.
when i have time, i'll try to work out a proper one with photoshop, with color and shadow rendering.

hope i can finish it by next week.

will now concentrate to expand design (1) and (3)

like armed fortress kinda thingy...
KIA, maybe can be "KNIGHT IN AXXXXX"?

Hmmm.. an quick summary of what me going to do for this forum for time being.

1) Decal designing
2) F.O.G Polo Tee (not sure if you guys interested)
3) Emblem designing
4) Another meetup around June 09

As all this take up alot of time, i hope you guys will be paitence with us till we get everything right on track.

Will it be better if we meet up in July instead? cos i think by then most of us will get the car.
As for the Polo Tee, It's a great idea, cos in future if we were to go touring, we can wear the same Tees.

Juz a suggestion: Vios Grp of ppl using VOGs, is it a good idea that we use FOGs?

It's best that we use F.O.G.S for our decal and whichever merchandise we are coming out, this is our signature in this forum and also a recognition of trademark in Singapore

Wow, scaredcloud, you've got good photoshop skills. I presume the background is transparent rite?

Need some modification if you are able to.
1) Outline of the car to be more prominent or standout.
2) Lower down the gap between the FOGS and fortressess.

If possible, do one that show the side of the whole forte and have the FOGS on top of the car and slogan underneath the car

There should be 3 zero as four is too much.
The 0000 thing represent the unique number for each member. This will be discuss later on once we confirm on any supplier for the decal.

here another 2 designs.
some modification done on the 1st one based on greatgazoo's input

and another one with the side profile.
i did a little adjustment and realized this is the best placement for the wordings.

here goes...

No problem.. Later i will create a thread personally for all those decals design.. Meantime we just use this thread to simulate ideas...

I went JB today.. Managed to check one decal shop and some rims-shopping.. Later i post the rims pictures for all to drool..

Decal shop wise, they dun help design but they can print the decal if we give them the design.. cost wise not really known yet due to the fact we had not given them the dimension..

They firstly based on size, colors... Standard one is 4" x 5", 5" x 7" etc.. The bigger is it, the more expensive (really expensive).. 4 colors as standard excluding silver and gold. So i believe as for now, we roll in the ideas then we select the design and I just bring the design to check around JB and singapore.

i also an boring engineer.. everyday kena whack by my boss.. Lol..

By the way, i believe the emblem will be quite expensive... Most probably they need to make a mold for it to start mass producing... The person told me seldom got people do like this..

of cos can be circles... see how you design..

you want it be in diamonds, triangle, whatever shape u want also can.. As long you able to design one, decal shouldn't be a problem. They only will have problem doing very long and extra big one.. haha..

good idea to have a different shape.. in fact, there are some clubs tt used oval shape... pretty cool oso leh... but not sure if it's more ex wor..
