Wah lao eh, that dangerous driver clip is actually quite common in Singapore. I've had so many drivers tried to play jam brake game with me just because I either highbeamed or horned at them for dangerous overtaking.

They think it's funny to jam brake, if really accident then they know.

Will TP take action if the clip is sent to them? That SUV driver should be taken off the roads. He is a menace to all road users.

the driver who shot the video sequence like playing and instigating.... go in front of the SUV, go behind, etc etc... in the first instance, go left most lane, slow down and see how slow the SUV driver will go, likely the other fella will speed up and go away....

the driver himself quite reckless also leh, play play until forget to filter left to exit expressway, then suddenly cross 2 lanes. tsk tsk..
