June Collecting Car Come In....

Hi All..

For those collection car this month.. what are the reminding payment you had made?

My SE at least on this part I can say he is good.. I only pay my reminding amount which I never loan from the bank and also just the insurance which is 12 mth installment interest free...

For the monthly payment and the insurance he told me will help me do defer payment which is why I never need to pay monthly loan.

Lastly anyone check LTA website and manage to see your car plate number already?

Went down to make payments today...Down Payment, Insurance and first payment of monthly loan.
SE say he will 'try' to rush the car out by Friday...he don't sound convincing leh... will hv to register the car first, when cheque clears probably on Wednesday, then see how.

hmm.. i dont think out by friday can be done.. i give my SE deadline till 26june.. so she knows there is plenty of time for her to make thing swee swee for me.. i expect nice work done for my forte and not rushing job.. as u know many stuff are locally fitted.. e.g. solar film, BT mirror, and etc..

Ya I also hope I can get my car before 26 June...

I didnt rush SE, think he know i need the car asap, sold my old ride abt a month liao...i doing sales so need the wheels lah... I trust SE responsible enough not to give me shoddy job on the car even as he rush it out*crossing fingers*

Hmm.. citibank.. your purchase is not from lengkee right? Cause my SE only present me either DBS or Maybank only..

Did not know insurance can pay by instalment.... was never given this option by SE. Also, i understand that Maybank has to make first month payment while DBS will pay the month after collect car.

Terrier, do u know what else is locally fitter? Besides freebies like visor, solar film, bodykit

Mine is Maybank and I'm paying the month after collect car.

I that citibank u cannot take full loan, maybe thats why if you take full loan that is why SE didnt offer u citi?

I should be getting between 24-27th June bah.

I dun want to rush, cos no diff and more time to prepare my carpark and stuff. Just gimme my plate number and cashcard IU number pls.............................

I think plate number you can go into LTA one motoring website and sign in using singpass and you should be able to find out once your SE register with LTA.

That one can settle HDB carpark. still need IU for office carpark and bank deduction for ERP.

I was hopping my licence plate start with 2 and true enuff, today SE sms me my car plate, so i faster log on to onemotoring n see my electronic log card, printed out and immediately bia go hdb board buy season parking for next month, my underground parking is first come first serve. if u miss it, u park few streets away ..... coz my area at night is 100% season parking only very unfriendly....

O issit... never know that... last time is go HDB and buy one.. then after that auto giro.. so never know that HDB now got online purchase...

You may go to one motoring and log in using your singpass and you will be brought to your account in LTA.. in there you can check.

For those June collecting your car.. Once SE call you up to collect car.. must report here... so that every bro/sis here can roughly know when they will receive call to go collect car....

And maybe we all can meet at panda.....

I bought the HDB season carpark on the day before my collection date. I though of buying online but how to collect the parking disc? So to safe all the trouble later,
i go to HDB branch and buy on the spot.

For those who are collecting on weekdays, dun forget to bring along your cash card just in case got to pass thru ERP. Also remember to buy some parking coupon in case u haven't brought season parking yet.

Also start to think which petrol station you want to use, if possible can apply for membership first. I choose SPC and so i go online and download their member form. When i go first topup, straight away become member and got discount.

Anyway was thinking then how u get the RFID tag? Did they send to you?

Do you need to place an online print out just incase the carpark attendant come u no RFID tag and anyhow summon u??

Yeah thinking of linking my IU to my bank so ERP no problem. So please if anyone wanna follow suit, can ask ur SE to tell u ur car plate number and IU serial once they know it. Should come around same time. For me I signed everything on saturday and SE say can know by end of this week bah. Guess it means 5 days.

As for petrol, I am planning on Esso Citibank card. I personaly think its the most worth it.

Yes, It' better that you put the print out in the car just in case. The print out also state that you are to put it in your car till you receive your RIFD tag.

hdb board dont allow my area to buy online, die die must go down buy because the lots are too limited, they want to see your electronic log card, nric and check that your name is the owner of the hdb block of that car park. else if ur name is not in the hdb unit, u cannot buy even if u are staying at that unit

That suck... you should ask HDB how come their planning so good till your house there not enough carpark one...

The hdb board girl was complaining to herself when i havent even complain hahaha. She said nowadays hougang and sengkang give her headache.... the lots limited and become first come first serve.... 2nd problem is want to buy first time for that car park must come down, make them busy

My GF area too, HUDC, everyday i go spot carport lot, by 10.30pm no more lot, ppl even have to park at the narrow road shoulder. If not owner cannot buy, then what about his/her son?

Like that no rights to own a car meh?

Ok, at least my place ample parking.

Its my office building that is jialat. They have some funny allocation method. At least for my co i think less ppl drive, got more chance bah. If not have to pay extra $20 to park somewhere very far, no shelter.
