STEERING WHEEL GOT SQUEEZING SOUND Empty STEERING WHEEL GOT SQUEEZING SOUND

i am having this problem as when i turn my steering left and right got this squeezing sound and last time the service centre told me is the coil spring problem.

but i suspect they did not change the parts but just apply lubricate oil to minimise the sound.

anyone of you face the above problem?
