Hi Forteans! I FINALLY got my ride after 3 months of waiting. Anyway, here's some pics to share with everyone.

Apparently, yes. There were 2.0 Fortes in other colors, but not Dark Cherry. So waited and waited.

Wah, when I was at Pandan today, there were line after line of Fortes waiting for their proud new owners in the Collection Centre.

Thanks bro! I was so active at the beginning, then as the months passed, started to sian half especially with so many guys already playing and exchanging tips on their new rides. Well, mine's finally here and I can't wait to meetup!

Yes. It's not apparent from the pic, but it's right under the toolkit.

Interestingly, that's the first time I see a car toolkit arranged that way, rather than in a pouch of some sort. 8)

I think this colour suits the Forte very well.

Chrome actually does gives it a classy elegant look, at the precise amount of chrome use, be it real chrome or sticker chrome, it can be one of those fast and furious gene

Indeed it is.

cruise control ? means that u travel at a certain speed u r comfy with and then u "lock" it and can remove ur food from the accelerator ?

S'right. Good for long expressway or NSH drives. The cruise control stops when you hit the accelerator or brakes. Alternatively, you can trim the speed up or down using the cruise control.

Improves your driving comfort, but if you're sleepy or prone to nod off, better to be on your toes.

i think cruise control needs to come along with the latest forward sensor & lane sensor (in BMW). Those tend to fall asleep. This 2 function will auto lower the speed of vehicle to more then 1 car length ( depending on ur speed) and give out Audible warning when u suddenly go out of ur lane....

Wish for next forte with this... HAHAHAH

Err.... ano57, this is kimchi car not european car and also how much you pay for the Forte compare to the BMW.

Maybe only during 6-7am on public holidays from Tuas to Changi can use haha.....

in kpe also can use at 80km/hr

there is a fine tuning speed ctrl. the +- button n when u want to take over just press the acclerator and the cruise control is off.

Mostly, yes. Unless you live in Changi and work in Jurong.

with the traffic along the expressways during peak hours...i think cruise control wont be that much utilise as well, unless working in wee hours haa
