Hello...17th Oct is a public holiday...you can start engine from the night before on Friday night at 7pm....

Even if you left at Friday 7pm and have to go around Singapore 10 times....you definitely can reach Mac at 3pm....

So, you definitely cannot be late... but can be early.

on Sundays, Kallang MCD car park, not the one inside MCD, but the public carpark.... its deserted....

Anyways, the carpark is favorite meeting ground for a lot of car forums....
