last time spicyred and I try to jio a convoy to m'sia, Forte Convoy Weekend Getaway, but not successful...

well let say make it more of as a family outing rather then the usual MU which you see my car I see your car.. all the same wa.. nothing to see and getting boring...

I was thinking of Desaru Beach resort. Nice place for a garthering and all family members are welcome to join in the funs. Maybe Dan can also plan for the games and activities and BBQ at nite.

guy.. unless there is interest to go over for a 1 nite stay... else I think a more practical way is just a 1 day trip...if not we are going no where

Hi guys..... a few more days left before the closing of the meet up poll, kindly place your prefered date, lookin at the dates now, its either 11th or 17th but juz a gentle reminder for those who chose 17th it is a PUBLIC HOLIDAY ya.......

my mistake for not havin a poll for locatiion. can we stick to Kallang this time round and do a poll for the next meet up????

i think we shall stick to Kallang this time round, Kallang KFC cum Mac Donald's carpark, instead of gng back to Kallang Leisure Park where all the pple in white come and disturb.

Its hard to accomodate to everyone's preference, the way i see it, majority prefers Kallang, even you who stay in Jurong also don mind gng.

Kallang is a good location...haha...
btw, can i ask is anyone doing DIY aircon insulation in the MU? can anyone teach me how to do?

hahaha...... bro..... most of us DIY before so if you need help shouldn't be a problem, but if you can get our SHI FU andikong..... then you are in real safe hands...... so maybe you might wanna PM him to see if he going when the date is confirm....

Why not fix a specific day and every month that day.

i.e the first monday, or whatever day or the last monday or whatever day. Then we only need to worry about venue.

There should be nothing to expect.....

MU is for owners to gather and learn about the car.... also for owners to gather and see what the others have done to their car and maybe from there have new ideas of what they wanna do with their own cars....

MU is also for forum participants to gather, so that we know the face behind the nick.... writing in a forum can be a hazard sometimes, what we write may sound alright to us, but to a reader it may sound offensive and a flame war starts, but if the reader and the writer and had met face to face before and have chatted in real life, the reader may then understand why the writer wrote it in that way or manner..... that is one of the most important aspect of the MU, .......

JuanST, yeah maybe I might just drive by. Hehehe!! Show them how nice the Forte can look!! Cos they from KL and its not out there yet. Maybe can get some of my gang there to invest in a Forte. Then set up a group in KL. Then next time if we ever drive up, there will be a bunch of them there to bring us around. :-)

well lastly FYI remember to bring Umbrella...for the MU
