Bluetooth Speaker unclear

anyone has notice it.
the bluetooth speaker voice is not really clear.
anyone has encounter the same problem?

it's unclear for me, when there is a bad reception in an area.

i realised this "buffer" area makes my speaker unclear. other than that, it's working fine for me

My SX sounds nice and sharp.

I have always been using it while driving, no problem.

yeah .. mine too . clear lyk cystal clear .
probably , reception wise .
even when i speak to my frens , they say i sounded more clear than talking on my phone -.-

If it is unclear, isn't it the phone reception issue? If the phone reception is poor, naturally the BT speaker will sound the same hor:)

yupp it is. ESP in underground corners of underground carpark =)

Mines very clear, sometime bad recept, then unclear. Else its CLEAR!

Anyone had issues with the mic? Any way to adjust the sensitivity?

I had people telling me I sounded too soft and I had to face the mic while talking which is a bit risky while driving.

I am presuming that the volume button works both way...

up the volume, thats one, the other thing is that you have to understand how microphones work.

there are 2 kinds of mics, mono-directional and uni-directional,

mono=1 way, uni= multi-way.

the one that comes along is the mono-directional one, so you have to position your microphone toward your mouth or roughly that region to enjoy clarity, as the sound waves are muted by the soft surroundings of the car, the best way around this problem is to have the mic pointing directly at your face/mouth for best results.

Good to know. When I adjust the volume up, the speaker is really loud and clear but the other party keep saying my voice is soft.

The mic is below the rear view mirror as everyone I suppose. Not sure what seems to be the problem other than the recipients at the other end.

never really hook up my bt during traveling.. so..

sometimes u have to adjust the mic direction to ensure that the other party can hear you clearly... when i collect my car i tried on the bluetooth but its not clear... i ask my se to write it down as a note so that i can go check during my 1k servicing.. but theres 1 day i tried to adjust the mic.. happened that the other party starts to be able to hear me better.. meaning that by adjusting the mic, this might do some help to those having mic problem uncleared... hope that helps.. ^^

No idea, but after adjusting the mic to face driver seat, it seems better now. The called party got np hearing me.

In fact the blue tooth can be programmed to synchronize on to two phones at the same time. So when me and my wife was traveling in the car, whoever HP rings can answer the call through the BT system, and can call out individually. The BT system is quite sensitive too, once you step into the car the BT will on automatically. Now I can forget about the hand free earpiece totally.

think from the manual ..it say pressing some button for 2 secs it will return to your phone... cant remember which.. you may want to check on the manual quick access table..?

If u take a closer look. It is just a clip that holds the mic at the base of the rear view mirror. Just use yr hand to adjust the mic to face you. Hope this helps.

Hiaz, I still find that it is my mic problem, adjust the mic facing me already and somemore have to put my mouth near to the speaker then they can hear me. Must complain when go for serving already.

bro greatgazoo... try to adjust it while talking to ur frds...try to adjust it downwards and towards driver side direction till the other side of the party can hear u clearly.. hope this helps
