Suggest the following:
1. Edit subject title to remove sentence "for future class action & claim".
2. Edit subject contents to remove sentence "for future class action & claim"

We can gather the registry here. Should we decide to take any further action, it should be behind the scene.
Me not in legal profession but info written in a forum can still be used as legal contents. I won't be surprised that C&C legal department is already scanning all Forte related forums to prepare themselves mentally.

I was thinking seriously abt buying forte.... now i think ten times after reading abt the SDW.... Maybe someone should call LTA and inform LTA about this pretty serious Mfg defeat. Worse case scenario is the window shatter , driver lost control, smash into other cars. Ppl injured or worse, WAH.... CnC and KIA will be sued for big dollars. Initially, dun know got excuse, now so many SDW cases still dun inform LTA... i think negligence is involved.

Bro... seriously..... for windscreen to shatter means frontal collision... SDW is slow crack propagating to the center..not shatter into small pieces...

anyway bro hyundai.. can see you are going for avante than forte because of your nick ^^.. anyway dont have to compare between them, go with your feels and likes is the most important.

With the current sold forte percentage compared to no. of forte have windscreen issues.. it is consider low which I can say below 5%. Dont think LTA will pay much attention on this issues since its low pct risk.

Forte is a new car and definately expect some mfg faults, its the same goes to avante when it first launched in 2007.

So far I believe most forte owner are contented with their ride except the services we got from C&C.. compared to Mitsubishi and Merc Benz
