Is there such things after we get our ride from CnC? Meaning over the phone about SE's service quality survey? Or CnC send us the form to feedback about SE's service? My previous ride has such happening for us to feedback.....

me too by mail....my se got mostly 4 & 5(2x) Very Happy , y....cause she v helpful n wat she says is mostly accurate... no empty promise or bullshit....n plus shes sweet 8)

C&C will send us the survey form by mail. Once completed and send it back to them, they will actually give us a thank you gift..a set of C&C coasters

yup, got the coasters that are shaped like tyres, but doubt they will do anything to improve their service with the meagre pay of the SEs... Suspect

I will fill up the survey with long complaints about the inconsistency of the freebies.. but then I guess they just ask the customers to fill up for fun, doubt they will improve on your service lo-r.
