Hi all,

Wondering the trade in value from C & C.

I was offer 26k for my ride which has a paper value of 18k. Is this considered ok?

if your paper value only 18k and they offer 8k for your ride, I think good deal. However to be really sure, ask a second hand car dealer to quote.

Actually i traded in to C & C already, just collect my 1.6 SX last sat.

8k body value for your sirion is quite a lot!

8K body for the sirion is not too bad... considering from a dealer like C & C.

you can definitely squeeze for slight premium above that outside, because most of the time C & C will resell to outside dealer.

but it saves you alot of trouble.

Actually C & C quoted 21k, my SE managed to get an outside dealer to quote 26k but eventually C & C counter quoted 26k and they took my old car.

The highest offer was from Suzuki which quoted 27k as i was considering SX4 sedan as well.

But eventually decided to get forte.
