Unless u were driving a Lexus previously, I believe the car is silent enough..... even BMW is just as loud, as least the 3 series..... babies, they can sleep through .... my girl was sleeping through some loud music at a wedding dinner.... many years ago...

But I am planning to stick some bitumen mat up the door when I have time....

If you really want sounding proof until such that noise level is very low, it cannot be completely snuff out, you will need to remove the complete interior, including roof lining, have a layer of bitumen, then a layer of fibre... flooring, remove seats, carpet, same layers down, fire wall, remove instrument panel, same layers, then the boot area...... undecarriage to spray a coat of rubberised coating, then to change your tires to super quiet type, and yes not for forget changing your rims to 15" first, that will make your car so quiet that your baby will sleep peacefully and probably increase the weight by 300 kg and thus increase your fc.....

Not to mention, lightening your wallet by a couple of thousand.....

wwwaaahhhh.. u all resident evil leh.. Twisted Evil anyway, here's my reply to Ah Ben... share share lor.. lol!

"I paid $460 for 4 doors, the area above the wheels in front and oso
underneath the car.. I can't remember the terms liao.. but the oni thing i noe is that they keep putting layers of the material on my car (juz like tak ko yok).. spent almost 3 - 4 hrs there (rotting over there) and the guyz who did the job are very detailed.. they make sure that everything is is in working order after dat and oso help u to wipe
away all the stains on the car..

for each door, there are 2 layers.. one right inside (ie on the metal) and the other one is to "waterproof" the part where all the circuits for windows and door lock are..

after dat, i drove off and noticed tt the sound reduced a lot and when u close the door, u will find tt the sound is pretty firm (not the filmsy feeling).. "

What a Face
