8. A person making an application for a COE must not be below the age of 16 years.

Means you can have a COE without owning a license? Interesting.

possible. when forte was launched back in mar, some ppl booked for their rides w/o class 3 license. i think they should have gotten it by now. Found something interesting in the T&C of COE Bidding. Icon_biggrin

yes do u know u no need a licence to own a car? just that u cannot drive it.

Yeah!! You could be 10 yrs old, rich like hell, and own like more than 10 cars!! Hehehehe!! :-)

Some of those child actors/actresses owned a few cars way before they ever could even apply to take their licenses. :-)

All they need are drivers!! :-)
