Think C&C Underpriced the Koup

I'm leaving my Koup stock. It's a darn pretty car as is.

Dun over-do it. Seen some Tuscani in the past mod until look so cheapo instead.

lol.. not overdoing it.. just alarm, auto start.. brake caliper.. speakers.. the rest most prob will stick to stock cause like u said.. its a pretty car.. oh.. 1 more.. the lights beside the door.. when u open the door got light.. forgot wht's its call.. the sedan vers has it but without bulbs nia.. so just adding that also.. most likely will be all interior mods ba..

omg did you guys see the COE bidding?

1.6L stopped at $18,899
earlier this month it was $16k nia...

that means for the next month the price of the car currently at 63k for auto will raise to 65k... any higher and it can match the price of japanese cars already!!!

eh... its already there. if not u can't brake or stop the car. just that original doesnt come in any colour.

19k is just 1k lower than the highest in 2005...
crazy prices, at this rate infuture nobody will have enough $$ to drive 2L cars anymore

Jap car price will rise as well in tandem with the rise in COE....

my brake caliper on my current car is painted red...

do note that once u paint over it's not advisable to use thinner to remove it...and u have to use red paint to touch up.. ie, quite irreversible..

ur taste might change over time, so must be really sure u will want a red caliper thru the life of ur car..although i've painted caliper red on my old vios, i found it still acceptable as my vios was going for sporty look..but end of the day, it might seem cheapskate to some (brembo wannabe).

maintenace wise, brake dust and road dirt more obvious imo, use water spray when i wash the car but the red has become dull over time.

Yep, tink C&C finally realised they underpriced the Koup.

Initially, it was reported that C&C will price it onli $3k above the Forte. At preview, they tried their luck wif a $4k premium and still sold 100 cars without any test drive. Going by the sgcarmart pricelist, the premium is now $6k.

And u know what, i tink it'll still sell like hotcakes. Given the additional features & style, charging a price premium of $10k is possible as there's still no competitor at this price point. Suzuki did that to the Swift Sport vs the Swift and the SS still sold well.

when i booked that time the premium was $5k. those bros & sis who booked at Vivo really "tan dio" lor..

Wow, heard C&C has raised the price to $66k for the 1.6A, compared to the Vivo preview price of $58k in Sep.

Either C&C finally realised they underpriced the Koup or COE is gonna shoot up to >$22k by Dec.

I think it will be more of the latter. COE will most prob hit the 20K mark...lets see this wed bidding...

I hope it will hit C&C hard and the number of sales drop then kana force to reduce price haa
