1976 - 3RM HDB $11,800...Now $180K
1986 - 5RM HDB $78,000....Now $360K
1986 - Private Apt 1500sq ft $255K....Now $650K
1993 - 2100 sq ft Terrace House $550K....$1.1M.
1996 - Condo...$500-600 per sq ft...now $650-$900.

But our salaries also rose pretty fast - from $300 a decent job in the 80s to average $3000+ (Uni grad) a decent job in 2009.
